Interpol all the way.

Sometimes chilled blues and soul too.

Anyone else use lastfm? Works a treat to just let stuff play and hear new stuff.

I really enjoy Patrick Wolf, I think his music is really creative and fun which inspires me. I also like explosions in the sky, album leaf and more louder stuff like maccabees and good shoes.

I'm usually into thrash metal and the like but when im working abit of Jeff Buckley ALWAYS inspires me. Stuff like Isis, A perfect circle, Aerogramme (RIP), Radiohead, Interpol..... anything that chills me out. I think we're all in agreement that a chillout vibe is the best creative atmosphere to work in!

i wrote my dissertation on The relationship between Music and Visual Arts, playing the piano and the guitar before working during and after pretty much lets me relax and inspires me.
I like to listen to anything while working, theres a few i aways seem to come back to tho, like The Postal Service, Sufjan Stevens, Owen, The Smiths,  Justin Rutledge, Modest Mouse, Jack's Mannequin, Shout Out Louds, Spinto Band, The Cure, Death cab, etc etc etc

Yeah i fall into the music that everyone else likes...

also im currently loving Plej, Cujo, Frou Frou, Do Make Say Think, Amon Tobin, Trentmoller, Clark, umm...as for bands im really struggling, no-one is very good anymore! Flaming lips, Arcade Fire are about the only 2 I like.

New Rave=Old Rave without the rave bit, the bit which made it good.
