Is anyone located permanently/temporarily in east Germany?

I have an idea...
... i've been thinking that it would be interesting to do kind of a battle/vs type thing on canvas, or paper, on anything really. For example, one person draws something on something, and posts it to somebody else and they fill the rest in with their own style and creations.
