As a welcome back to the new academic year, Plinth is back straddling through and searching the lush, ripe overgrowth of your omnipresent talent. Plinth has now been brought in conjunction with Manchester's Bring On The Dancing Horses "myspace.com/bringonthedancinghorsesuk"
which is a night of bands, visuals, artwork, drink and joy which is held every month at Cafe Saki.
So...
The theme for this issue is: PASSION!
As usual all forms of media that can be squeezed into an Black and White A5 publication are welcome Illustration, Photography, Graphic Design, Creative Writing etc..

Everyone is welcome to submit
Don't worry if you are not from Manchester, we still want your submissions. The Mag is a fund raiser for our end of year show (summershow.co.uk) and will be available to buy online and at a few events around the UK (priced at £2.50 - £3 online). Half of the pages will be filled with art from our course and the other half will be made up from work supplied by anyone else who wishes to help support the cause.
We will also be holding a launch party in Manchester at the end of February. More on that latter.

Hello everyone, this issue's theme is centered around the word HATE. This can be anything from written word to photography or illustration, basically what can be fitted into an A5 publication. The deadline for this issue is: 25th January 07 Submissions should be at least 200 dpi and sent to plinth@5oup.com. Thanks a lot and i'll look foward to seeing your work. Scott
