Hey nick, I just finished making one side to my mould, it took 12 hours to dry and every second of that i was worried it was going wrong! I think you might need to use something called release agent, it basically stops the gel your using from sticking to the original model, you have to spray it all over the toy and all over the box , its a a really tricky thing were trying but should be good when its all done, good luck.
